Meet Frances, IP Contract Administrator at Texas A&M Innovation. Frances supports intellectual property and research-related agreements across The Texas A&M University System, bringing a multidisciplinary background in research contracting, intellectual property law, public health, and neuroscience.
Frances earned her Juris Doctor and bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health from Emory University. Her diverse academic interests also include mummy studies, where she has contributed as a published author and international presenter.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys golfing, playing mahjong, and cheering on her favorite teams, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Kansas City Chiefs!
