Frances is an IP Contract Administrator, supporting intellectual property and research-related agreements across The Texas A&M University System. Frances has a multidisciplinary background in research contracting, IP law, public health, and neuroscience. She received her J.D. and bachelor’s in Neuroscience from the University of Notre Dame and her Master of Public Health from Emory University. Her academic interests have also extended into mummy studies, where she is a published author and international presenter. In her free time, Frances enjoys golfing and mahjong and is a loyal Notre Dame and Kansas City Chiefs fan.
