In a move to bolster innovation in the aerospace and defense sectors, Texas A&M Innovation announced the strategic partnership between The Texas A&M University System, Greater Brazos Partnership, and Plug and Play, one of the world’s leading innovation platforms. The collaboration aims to foster cutting-edge research, drive technological advancements, and accelerate the commercialization of transformative solutions.
The partnership will connect Texas A&M’s robust research capabilities and talented inventor base with Plug and Play’s extensive global network of startups, corporations, and investors. Together, the two organizations will create an ecosystem designed to address challenges in aerospace and defense while exploring opportunities for cross-sector innovation.
A Partnership for the Future
Pete ONeill, chief innovation officer at The Texas A&M University System, expressed enthusiasm for the alliance, stating, “This partnership with Plug and Play represents a significant leap forward in our commitment to pioneering advancements in aerospace and defense.
