Stasha serves as People Operations Manager for Texas A&M Innovation, where she leads initiatives focused on talent recruitment and development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the department. She partners with leadership to cultivate a high-performing, people-centered culture that supports the institution’s innovation and commercialization mission.
With a strong foundation in operations and administration, Stasha brings a systems-oriented approach to her work, strengthening internal processes, improving team alignment, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Her ability to connect strategy with daily operations enables her to build scalable practices that support both people and organizational goals.
Before joining the Innovation Office, Stasha spent over a decade serving in various roles across Texas A&M University, where she contributed to the success of administrators, faculty, staff, and students through her dedication and expertise.
