Megan Brown leads the operations team including budgets and accounting, IP database administration and reporting, communications and events, and contributes to development of strategic programs. In her 9 years of experience in commercialization at A&M, she has also supported the management of technology portfolios and handled various business operations, proposal development, and post-award management activities for institutional startups. Previously, Megan spent time in the software/tech industry recruiting senior-level technical and managerial talent, enhancing company talent strategies, and establishing university-industry partnerships to build talent pipelines. She has spent her career evaluating business practices and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing organizational productivity and impact. Megan received a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University.
