Francisca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & IT from Missouri State University and certifications in SAFe SSM 6.0, CSM and PSM1. She is also an enthusiastic community volunteer, actively supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation and local food banks.
