Diane Holland is the Senior Administrative Coordinator II for Texas A&M Innovation. She brings over forty years of administrative experience, with more than 16 years dedicated to commercialization at Texas A&M. Her duties include serving as a human resources representative for office staff, providing administrative support to the Chief Innovation Officer, managing the agreement routing process, interpreting and entering the financial and non-financial terms of agreements, accounts receivable support, employee training, and serving as the equip­ment coordinator for the office. Diane has served on The Texas A&M University System United Way Campaign and staff council as the TI representative for 3 years.

Diane and her husband Jim previously owned and operated Holland Cattle Company in Coman­che, Texas. The business was a cattle feed yard with a capacity of 5000 head. Diane was respon­sible for accounts receivable and payables, feed and medicine inventory, and reports to government agencies, as well as helping her husband with the daily activities regarding the health and nutrition of the cattle.
