By connecting academic innovators with industry expertise, mentorship, and commercialization guidance, the program helps bridge the gap between academic research and market-ready biomedical technologies.

Faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, students, and clinicians engaged in biomedical research and development at Texas-based academic institutions are encouraged to apply. The application window is currently open on a rolling basis, allowing innovators to submit proposals as they prepare their technologies for potential translation and commercialization.
